Churrascaria (shoo-ras-ka-ria) is a Brazilian barbeque style that was created 400 years ago in Rio Grande Do Sul region of Brazil (southern Brazil) by Gauchos(cowboys). Cooked over a fiery charcoal grill, the various succulent meats are placed on skewers, to be carved and served directly from fire to your plate to satisfy your carnivorous desire. We also offer other fine Brazilian cuisine dishes for our vegetarian friends.
