Churrascaria (shoo-ras-ka-ria) is a Brazilian barbeque style that was created 400 years ago in Rio Grande Do Sul region of Brazil (southern Brazil) by Gauchos(cowboys). Cooked over a fiery charcoal grill, the various succulent meats are placed on skewers, to be carved and served directly from fire to your plate to satisfy your carnivorous desire.
